Directions on how to use the Essential Hair Mask

Hey peeps! I am sorry that I didn't post the directions of usage for the Essential Hairmask!

Here it goes:

Apply the hairmask after shampoo (of course the best results comes when used with Essential Hair Shampoo!) and towel-dried your hair by squeezing out the excess water in the hair. Then apply a 50cents coin amount onto your palm (its enough for my sholder-length fine hair but if yours are longer and have more hair than me, you may need more!) and comb the hairmask onto your hair with your fingers. 

Do not try to apply too much unless you have very dry hair as your hair may get too thick & heavy if the product is used excessively.

Leave on for 5-10mins, preferably wrap your hair with a cloth and rinse your hair thoroughly after.

Blow dry your hair and you get silky smooth hair in an instance.

The best is to use twice a week!!!

The Wonderful Effect of Essential Intense Treatment

Just went for the free Essential Intense Treatment for my hair @ Platform Salon, courtesy of Cozycot & Kao Singapore! I was recommended for the Light & Bouncy effect treatment which encompasses of the lovely Essential Nuance Airy Shampoo + Conditioner & the Essential Nuance Airy Ultra Honey & Shea Butter Intensive Hair Mask. 
The whole experience started off with a hair wash with gentle massage of the hair scalp with the shampoo & conditioner by the lovely hairstylist Irene from the salon. Next, my hair was towel-dried carefully before the application of the hair mask. Irene was very patient with the explanation on the steps in the application of the hair mask and giving me valuable tips & preps on how to manage my fine & limpy hair. Being in Singapore, with the high level of humidity, my hair tends to get tangled easily and my hair gets heavy and flat just a mere an hr or two out in the sun.
With Essential Nuance Airy hair mask, I no longer has to worry about limpy hair but able to have hair thats full of vibrant, healthy shine and bounce, and the best of all, you will see immediate results! A must have for those on the lookout for effective hair treatment home regime & easy on the wallet!

The Self-denial Realist

In all my years from being an athlete to being the organizer for fashion shows & amidst holding 3 jobs at the same time, I was hailed as the "wonderwoman" in the eyes of friends.

However, that was the past, I guess age has really caught up with me that I can really say that I no longer can withstand the amount of work on my shoulders. Its time that I have to let my body has its well-deserved rest which had been delayed for the longest time ever.

Its the recent saga of having kidney infection that landed me in the hospital, that sets me thinking that all these years of hard work & effort didn't really paid off as what I had expected. Sadly to say, I have to be woken up from my self-denial state of mentality in such an unwanted & dangerous situation to realise that being constantly pushing myself too hard is actually killing me.

The fact that I "used to" love my job & the adrenaline that drives me to do better didn't help much either. I admit I was very much ambitious & constantly uncontented, but who isn't when one wants to have the luxury to retire early & enjoy life?!

Well, at least now I have learned to take things slowly & once in a while "heck, I just want to relax, that can wait.."

23rd November marks the 1st day of my 2 weeks ordeal that I have to endure...
Coz I am down with Chickenpox.
Come to think of it, years back when I was still a teenager, I used to tell myself how lucky I was to not been plagued by the virus which causes horror stories of having ugly marks on your face and body and the uncontrollable itch...

Now, with my hectic work schedule and my studies all have to put on hold, I feared for the inconvenience more than anything else.. and the unforeseen financial market..

Pple envied that I can have a break & rest.. but seriously in such uncertain times, I rather not.

Thus all in all, I will rather have it when I was younger, at least I won't have any recollection of the whole ordeal...

From Crane to Ben

Been a lil' feverish these days..
My system finally gave in today.. after the long battle.
Dragged myself to the doc today and my lil' fever didnt seems to be that little after all with a 2days MC (strongly insisted by my doc) and a relatively strong antibiotics prescribed to me along with other medications (did i ever mention how i loathe the smell & taste of medicine?) which had me knocked out for like the past 13hrs.. it has been ages since i clocked that many hrs of sleep and actually dreamt in my sleep.

Right now craving & dreaming of sumptuous food... coz when I fell sick.. there's only tasteless white porridge to be served to me then followed by the bitter medicine..

Anyone pls save me from this pedicament soon.. & i will be utterly grateful.
